Emily Ferolito is a fitness enthusiast with a lifelong passion for an active lifestyle. She first started lifting weights at the age of 12 to get stronger for basketball.  After playing collegiate basketball, Emily expanded her horizons to embrace various active pursuits. She's an avid hiker who has climbed all 48 of New Hampshire's 4000’ mountains, completed the 273-mile Long Trail in Vermont, and explored hiking trails in the Canadian Rockies, Peru, Colorado, and beyond.

Emily enjoys exploring different types of fitness - currently, her focus is CrossFit and trail running. As a high school science teacher, she particularly enjoys teaching Anatomy & Physiology and Exercise Science, areas that deepen her understanding of the human body.

Emily resides in Salisbury with her husband, one-year-old son, and their dog.
