Special event rentals include:

  • 2 hour time slot for your event (additional time available by request and for a fee)

  • Access to the studio 45 minutes before your event for set up

  • Large parking lot directly outside of the studio for your guests

  • Access to our private bathroom, complete with a changing table for little ones

  • Access to our children's playroom and toys 

  • The use of four (4) x 6', height adjustable, folding tables & three (3) children’s sized picnic tables, and seven (7) kid stools

  • A vacuum & broom for easy clean up

  • Trash bags 

  • Storage area for guest belongings

  • Sound system access

  • Access to a mini fridge in the party room

  • Ability to bring in your own food & drinks

  • A special gift for the birthday child!

Hosting your Event - Additional Details

We would love to host you - and after completing our inquiry form, we will reach out to you to secure important information. We will create a contract when you decide to move forward - once your contract has been signed, $100.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remainder to be collected the day of the event via check or cash. ALL guests must sign a waiver prior to arrival - the waiver link will be sent to your guests by you via email.

Event Host Responsibility

  • Host provides: serving ware, food, birthday candles, cake knife, tablecloths if desired, dessert table tablecloth, all refreshments, paper towels, paper goods. 

  • Event hosts are expected to take all trash and debris with them when the event concludes.

  • Food and drink are permitted in the studio. Please no glass, and we ask that you please serve allergy-friendly food. 

  • All guests are required to comply with studio and safety rules at all times. Children must be accompanied by a caregiver. The event hosts are required to sign a waiver on behalf of all their guests attending the event. All guests (adults and kids) are required to wear socks in our space, and leave shoes at the door. 

    Additional information will be listed on your event contract for review and approval.
