The Mom Comm Run Club powered by Law Mom LLC, as featured in Northshore Magazine, offers seasonal coached and team training programs for those seeking support, guidance, and/or a community as they train for a team or individual race. Non-moms welcome! We encourage any woman to join our crew. This paid program is open to all runners and walkers, regardless of fitness level, and includes coached support and more.

Our Fall Season officially kicks off the week of August 25th but once you register you can join us for runs!

  • Rockfest 5k or Half Marathon - October 6th - Hampton, NH

  • Apple Harvest Run 5 miler or 5k - October 20th, West Newbury, MA

  • Newburyport 5k or Half Marathon - October 27th - Newburyport, MA

  • Harborside 5k or Half Marathon - November 10th - Newburyport, MA

    **You do not need to participate in these races, and we can work with you if you are training for your own race. Italicized races may not have a huge group but may have some of our team running for fun!

I joined Run Club to push myself past 3-4 mile routes and get back into some sort of exercise schedule - it did that and more. I was surprised to find myself feeling like part of a team again. Not just in terms of accountability to show up, but in genuine teammate support. Run Club also reignited my competitive side that has been in hiding since high school sports!

I trained with TMC Run Club for two separate distance races that I never would have been able to finish without them. Run Club provided encouragement and accountability throughout training. I also learned practical tips on stretching, nutrition, and mindset that I will use as I train for future races.

Run club has changed my life. I never considered myself a runner before joining this club. The farthest I had ever run prior was 3.5 miles and that was extremely infrequent. I completed my first half marathon in October and ranked amongst the top 20 in my age group and top 200 in just under a 1000 runners. I couldn't feel more accomplished.

FREE Group Runs

Not ready to commit to a race or training program, and just want to get outside and run with others? Great! Come join us for Run Club workouts, open to all: runners, walkers, moms, dads, non-parents. A way to get some motivation and run or walk with others without specific coaching.

We offer a FREE group run on Thursday mornings at 6:00am or 5:30pm. All levels are welcome and we run between 1 and 3.6 miles.

Kristen Bonito is a United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy (UESCA) Certified Run Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Pre and Postnatal Certified Fitness Instructor, and former USA Triathlon coach and Division One Swimmer.
