Run Club far exceeded my expectations. The training program improved my running so much but even more importantly, it was something I could do just for ME - I truly looked forward to our group runs every week. Kristen is so on top of everyone's individual goals & needs and fosters such a warm and supportive environment. Best running club around with the best people!!

"This was so much fun! I had a really great experience. As a brand new mom (my baby was just under 3 weeks!) I didn't know how much I would be able to do, but the class offered lots of different options so all can participate! Felt great to get out of the house, move, AND meet fellow moms in the area. Being pregnant and becoming a mom during a pandemic has made meeting other moms challenging! And of course everyone understands if your baby cries, you have to stop and feed, etc! THANK YOU, MOM COMM!"
