About Erin:

Erin is a local therapist that has provided individual and family counseling to perinatal families in the community for 10+ years.

It’s her goal to provide moms-to-be and new parents with the space and tools needed to navigate this time and feel good as they make their journey into parenthood.

Erin is an LICSW specializing in working with pregnant and postpartum women and has completed in depth training with Postpartum Support International, earning her certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). She is passionate about supporting mamas in their transition to motherhood! As a parent of two young children, she can fully appreciate how difficult it is to prioritize your own well being. You are not alone!
