New mama looking for some connection and support? We got you!
New Mama Movement + Mingle is gives you a moment to move your body, while connecting with other mamas. Class is full body and core focused. We will work on breathing, balanced muscle development, centering and control with whole body movement. Strengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles, correct postural imbalances, increase flexibility, and enhance mind-body awareness.
All levels welcome; modifications and advancements will be provided.
We will move our bodies for 30-35 minutes and finish out connecting with and supporting each other. This class is best for non-walkers, but all children are welcome.
Class is held weekly through April on Tuesdays at 10:45 AM (if weather allows, we will meet outside!)
