About Sarah:
Sarah has worked in community mental health for 15 years and has her Masters Degree in Social Work. Her focus has been working with children, adolescents and families. However, after having her own children, Sarah realized there was not enough postpartum mental health support available for new moms and she didn't know quite where to look for it. Combining her years of social work experience with her passion for supporting the mental health of new parents, she started her own private practice called, Practice Makes Present, LLC. Sarah offers individual therapy, groups, free workshops and more. She is on a mission to reduce the stigma of seeking help as a new mom and making it more accessible when needed. Sarah's team includes her supportive husband, two magical kids and extended family and friends. She loves being active (whether it's dancing in the kitchen or going out for a jog) and is an aspiring gardener.
