As we emerge from winter mode to enter the spring season and month of Mom, let's recharge and connect with a community of moms.
Each week we will have a new speaker and topic:
May 21 - Carly Soare, Parenting with Intention - Carly will discuss understanding why the nervous system is so important in supporting emotional regulation for kids and how moms can tend to their own nervous systems on a day-to-day basis
May 28 - Kathryn Gouveia, Cloud 9 Sleep Consulting - Sleep is so important to our mental health and wellbeing. Kathryn will provide tips for an easy and restorative sleep routine and help you get the rest you need as a mom.
June 4 - Jamie MacKenzie, Postpartum Hypnotherapist and Life Coach - Jamie will lead us through a group hynoptherapy session to help us tackle overwhelm and stress.
June 11 - Kristen Bonito, The Mom Comm - Kristen will discuss the importance of movement for your mental health and lead us through a short, efficient full body pilates-inspired class.
Each session includes light refreshments and a chance to connect with fellow moms.
