Meghan is a mama of three, business owner and forever student of yoga. She completed her 200 hour teaching certification through Charlestown Yoga and studied yin yoga under Josh Summers. 

Yoga can show up in many different ways in our lives, from power classes to build strength to restorative practices to ground, to just finding and maintaining a connection to breath and body during the early days of motherhood. Meghan’s personal practice and teaching style have evolved over the last 10+ years, and she calls upon those experiences to meet students and mamas where they are and help them to walk out of class feeling more connected to themselves. 

When she’s not teaching, Meghan can be found giggling with her 1, 6 and 9 year olds, dreaming with her husband and serving as a communications advisor to tech companies…or at the beach!
