Join us for a stroller workout, followed by an open talk with Jenelle Walsh, LISCW.
Workout: A full body workout using your stroller! We will combine strength, barre, core and cardio together with your babe in tow! Pregnant moms and all levels welcome. Little ones can stay in stroller during class; older kids are welcome to come out and participate with us (we understand they get antsy!). Bring your own toys, snacks, entertainment for them! Please bring your own mat and water. Prenatal + postnatal modifications will be provided. All fitness levels welcome.
Post class we will hear from Jenelle Walsh, LCSW, a therapist in Massachusetts that specializes in anxiety with adults and children. She also specializes in life transitions, grief and loss , all through a trauma sensitive lens. Jenelle loves supporting moms individually, with their relationships, and also helping moms through difficult behavioral challenges with their children providing strategies for both mom and kids. She has been working with families, kids and adults with the State of Massachusetts in Child Protection for over a decade dealing with issues of attachment and loss. She practices therapy in person and virtually in Amesbury at a group practice; Finding Solace.
We meet at Cushing Park in Newburyport, between Kent and Bucks Streets at Washington St.
