Our group strength + nutrition program for women seeking a coached community environment!
Are you looking to get back to movement after an extended period of time off? Maybe you are recently postpartum and seeking support as you start to exercise again, or you’re having trouble finding time for yourself. No matter where you are at, we are here to support you.
Staying consistent with your fitness routine is hard but we're excited to help you keep going with this high energy, fun and motivating program. Not only will you build up your community, working out with the same crew of women over the a 6-8 week session, you will gain strength and endurance, maintain it and feel amazing in your own skin. Plus, nutrition guidance and support is included in the program, to keep you focused, healthy and working from the inside out.
MomStrong Includes:
6-8 week program with 2-3 in person workouts a week, held at The Mom Comm Studio and designed by your coach Kristen Bonito with a strength, core, and [some] cardio focus
Nutrition support, tips, and recipe ideas from Health Coach Natalie DiTullio
A community of like-minded women supporting you along the way
An on-demand workout library to get quick and effective workouts done on your own time
A workout calendar, daily trackers to help you stay focused, hold you accountable and see your progress
Access to a private Facebook group
1:1 check ins, keeping you motivated and answering any questions along the way

I love this program, it's been fantastic. I feel so much stronger, and I overall just feel like I'm in better health and shape. The nutrition tracker was just what I needed to jumpstart my eating again. We now talk about eating the rainbow as a family and all focus on adding fruits and veggies to our plates.
