About Katelynn:

While Katelynn was going to school to receive her Bachelor’s Degree in business management, she worked in a daycare setting with infants and toddlers and received her EEC Teacher certification. She enjoyed working with infants and young toddlers as they are constantly changing and always full of curiosity. Once graduating with her Bachelor's, she continued immediately from there to get her certification in holistic massage. She attended Spa Tech Institute in Ipswich and has been practicing massage therapy ever since she received her certification in 2013.
In the process, Katelynn realized she missed working with young children and wanted to find a way to work with children and massage therapy which led her to become a certified educator of infant massage, and has been teaching parents to massage their infants since 2015. Nurturing touch is beneficial for an infant’s health and well being, providing the same benefits to that of an adult and more. It is also important to help parents and infants bond with one another, and can help build and maintain that bond throughout their lives.

In 2018 Katelynn had her first child who showed some delays in speech and motor development. Through working with early intervention and speech therapists she learned how sign language can be such a valuable tool to help children express their needs and ease frustration for both parent and child. She had always wanted to become an instructor and completed her training in 2024.

In her free time, Katelynn enjoys crafting and fundraising for veterans and service dogs. She also enjoys watching movies, walking, and spending time by the ocean. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her husband Anthony and their two daughters.
