Kathryn is a Boston-based registered dietitian who specializes in sports nutrition and eating disorder treatment. She provides counseling and education to individual athletes, groups and teams to enhance performance and promote overall health and wellbeing. She works with athletes and active people of all ages to simplify the science and apply evidence-based nutrition strategies in a way that is flexible and personalized for each individual’s life and sport. Kathryn started her private practice, Truly Fueled Nutrition, to spread the message that everyone can enjoy their food without restriction and still accomplish their goals!
