We are so excited to partner with RunDot + TriDot this year to help you optimize your training for success with AI Powered Training! This is included in our 1:1 Coaching + VIP Option.

Why AI Powered Training? We are all different, and so our training should be too!

With RunDot/TriDot, we’re able to move away from a static training plan template to something more personalized and tailored to you and your ability. By training on RunDot/TriDot, your workouts will be personalized to you as an athlete, helping you reach your goals. You’ll know what you’re capable of on race day.

As your coach, you will have me along the way checking in with you, diving into your training stats and helping you make the best of your training so you can maximize all you are doing to hit your potential.

COACHING 2025 OPTIONS

1:1 Coaching is a 3 month minimum commitment so we can work with you and support you as you work towards your goals. Choose from:

1:1 RUN (or TRI) COACHING + TEAM SUPPORT - $149/monthly

  • priority 1:1 coaching and weekly check ins

  • Option to join our run club for in-person workouts, with teammates to hold you accountable, motivate you, provide camaraderie throughout your training 

  • a personalized training plan through RunDot or TriDot, and guidance to help get you to the starting line safely and ready to go, with RaceX Performance metrics and Training Zone guidance

  • Weekly IN PERSON coached group workout options:

    • Tuesdays      6:00am - Speed workout at the track

    • Tuesdays 6:00pm - Run/Tempo Run with Marathon Sports

    • Thursdays    6:00am - Group run / tempo run from the NBPT Waterfront

    • Thursdays 5:30pm - Speed workout at the track

    • Saturdays or Sundays   7:30am - Long runs

  • An on-demand library of virtual strength, core + mobility workouts as well as previous educational workshops

  • Coaching tips and motivation to keep you on track

Exactly what I was looking for around accountability, sense of community, and stress free running!

I joined Run Club to push myself past 3-4 mile routes and get back into some sort of exercise schedule - it did that and more. I was surprised to find myself feeling like part of a team again. I trained with TMC Run Club for two separate distance races that I never would have been able to finish without them. Run Club provided encouragement and accountability throughout training. Run club has changed my life. I never considered myself a runner before joining this club. The farthest I had ever run prior was 3.5 miles and that was extremely infrequent. I completed my first half marathon in October and ranked amongst the top 20 in my age group and top 200 in just under a 1000 runners. I couldn't feel more accomplished.
