Led by local mom and therapist Jessica Spater, LICSW. Jessica has over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in multiple settings including schools, residential programs, personal homes, outpatient clinics, and currently has her own private practice. She is passionate about working with families to understand that there are complex stressors and factors that impact healthy development of both adults and children. She also supports parents in helping to understand their family dynamics and the challenges of juggling multiple roles. Jessica utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, play therapy, mindfulness. ARC (attachment, regulation and competency) and a trauma informed care approach in her practice.
