Isos, Plyos, Core + Pelvic Floor Workshop

A class designed for mamas 5+ months postpartum.  Isometrics for knees, hips, and feet health, along with plyometrics to stay springy & athletic. Master the hinge for true glute length and load, and practice eccentrics & yielding to support core & pelvic floor. Also, regulate that overstimulated nervous system with some effective breathing drills.  Minimal equipment. Small class for lots of form support. 

Led by Kerri LeBlanc

Kerri is a mother of two, a full time high school physical education & health teacher, and the owner of her online fitness business (@Training4Motherhood). She has education or certifications from NASM, Wellheart Yoga, Rooted Boston, Katie St. Clair, HayleyKava, David Grey, Ian Markow, and Mamastefit— all which influence her classes. A life long athlete and experienced trainer and yoga instructor, Kerri’s goal is to stay strong and mobile to live a full, happy life chasing after her children and future grandchildren! She hopes to help other mamas feel strong and mobile, too; and is a firm believer in the power of movement for overall wellness.
