Childcare
Let your kiddo(s) hang with our qualified staff in our playroom while you workout. Please make sure to select how many children you are bringing.

Free Mom's Coffee Hour
Meet fellow moms and let your little ones play (or come alone) while you mingle and socialize. Coffee and tea are provided on-site but feel free to bring your own. Special guests sometimes attend to support us!

Full Body Circuit
An effective, efficient circuit style class, focusing on different movements and exercises for a full body workout Pre/postnatal modifications will be provided.

MetCon
Join us for this strength and cardio metabolic conditioning class. 10 exercises 3 times through - a variety of strength, cardio and core to rock your body for an all over burn! All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications will be provided for pre/postnatal mamas.

Mom + Me
For any Mom + Me class, kids are welcome to hang alongside you in a car seat, blanket, boppy (we have some on-site), participate, and/or play in our playroom. Please see the specific class description for the Mom + Me format you are interested in.

Pilates Power
A full body class blending strength exercises with the principles of Pilates (breathing, balanced muscle development, centering and control with whole body movement). We will work to strengthen our core and pelvic floor muscles, correct postural imbalances, increase flexibility, and enhance mind-body awareness. Leave class feeling stronger mentally and physically. Great for any mama. All levels welcome; pre+postnatal modifications and advancements will be provided.

Run Club: Free Group Run
Join us at Marathon Sports for a 1-4 mile loop led by the Marathon Sports team or TMC Run Club Leader. Kids, strollers, welcome.

Sculpt + Tone
Using light weights and props, we will have fun with low impact but challenging exercises to help feel stronger, have more energy, find balance and encourage flexibility. These exercises and variations are designed to keep you engaged while working smaller muscle groups to fatigue (feeling that burn and shake to really sculpt and tone those muscles) We will work on getting that mind body connection so you can go deeper with each movement, get stronger with each class and feel better in your body mentally and physically. Pre/Postnatal modifications will be provided. All levels welcome.

Get ready to build your stamina, energy and power! This total body workout combines intervals of strength, cardio and core to keep you moving and feeling strong. All fitness levels welcome. Modifications and advancements provided.

Tumblin Tots with Caregiver (18mo+)
Let your little one get out some energy with us! Children can explore and develop their physical skills by climbing, balancing, jumping, and rolling around with us. Caregiver can guide them or let them choose their path for some extra fun. Best for movers/walkers, but all ages welcome.

Yoga Flow (all levels)
Invigorating and challenging, Yoga Flow is accessible for students of various levels. Variations are offered for beginners, while advanced options are available for more experienced practitioners. Explore physical poses for balance and core strength, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to help you cope with the daily stresses and demands of your life. You can truly choose your own adventure in this supportive setting.
