The Mom Comm is a lively hub where moms and families come together daily through movement, fitness, and community activities for both adults and kids. Our goal is to help you feel your best physically, mentally, and emotionally, find camaraderie, and support you on the roller coaster ride of parenthood.

If you're looking for a fun, supportive group to get back into running- Run Club is the group for you! Kristen is an amazing, encouraging, and knowledgeable coach and resource. On my race day, I felt so prepared and proud of all of the training I took part in. It's really nice to have some time to yourself as a mom and to be surrounded by other moms doing the same!
