The Mom Comm is a lively hub where moms and families come together daily through movement, fitness, and community activities for both adults and kids. Our goal is to help you feel your best physically, mentally, and emotionally, find camaraderie, and support you on the roller coaster ride of parenthood.

We empower moms on their motherhood journey to build connections through fitness classes (some of which offer childcare), kids' enrichment, parent support, community events, and more. With virtual classes available, you can join us from anywhere!

Hi, I’m Kristen!

I created The Mom Comm for YOU and me! I started The Mom Comm (TMC) after moving to a new area where I knew no one. As a mom living in a pandemic, I needed some freakin' support and some people to turn to. I realized we ALL need others who are going through the same things we are, and we all need a Community and Tribe .... so TMC was born!

Before I had my first baby, I was a fitness instructor in Boston. When she was born I started outdoor Stroller Workouts in South Boston as a way to meet other moms. Our bodies go through so much change during and after pregnancy, and I love sharing my fitness knowledge with fellow new moms. Running these classes helped me discover how essential it is for [new] moms to connect, vent, share tips, stories, toys and more over fitness, coffee and/or food!

After having my second daughter, and moving to a new North Shore town, I continued with outdoor classes, and kept them going during Covid, adding in kids offerings as my kids got older. When the opportunity arose to open my OWN space, I jumped right in! I am on a mission to help busy moms + moms-to-be find their community + feel their best mentally, emotionally + physically.

Motherhood is a journey, and we are all in this together. More than just fitness, more than just a studio …. The Mom Comm is your COMMUNITY and your SUPPORT TEAM. We are here for the wild ride with you.
