Join the Mom Comm and Carly Soare, Speech-Language Pathologist & Parent Coach, to learn how to support yourself and your child with Authentic Emotional Regulation.
Dealing with whining, tantrums, or meltdowns at home? We've got you!
Looking for an effective and authentic way to support your child through challenging moments?
Come join us as we deconstruct The Myth of Calm and learn how to remain deeply connected to our children and ourselves through Authentic Emotional Regulation. Your child and your sanity are worth it!
In this live event, you will learn:
How to support your child (and yourself!) with Authentic Emotional Regulation, a consistent framework that can be applied in any challenging moment with your child.
The Myth of Calm and why modeling Authentic Emotional Regulation skills is critical to child development and success.
Moving beyond “take a deep breath”: Tools to remain authentically connected to yourself and your child, even in the midst of meltdowns.
We invite you to consider this evening together as a self care mini-retreat as we head into the Autumn season: A time to circle-up together, reflect, and engage. Really show up for yourself. Pour some of our deliciously brewed tea, grab your favorite journal, and arrive as your whole self. You and all your messy parts are welcome here.
We’ll end the evening with an optional guided relaxation practice, so wear your coziest clothes, bring a mat if you’d like and anything else that will help you drop into this deep space of rest and rejuvenation!
Pricing: $50
