Our prenatal yoga class focuses on positions that are specifically designed for our pregnant mamas-to-be (postpartum mamas are always welcome). Explore physical poses for balance and core strength, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to help you cope with the daily stresses and demands of your life. You can truly choose your own adventure in this supportive setting.
This series will meet Wednesdays at 7pm for 4 weeks, starting November 29th.
Led by Lauren Morash, a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a background as a Birth and Postpartum Doula. Lauren has years of experience caring for and teaching adults and children in all different capacities. Lauren is a mom to 2 year old, Maisie, and when she’s not on the mat she enjoys a good book, a good thrift haul and pasta in any form!
