A full body workout using your stroller! We will combine strength, barre, core and cardio together with your babe in tow! Pregnant moms and all levels welcome. Little ones can stay in stroller during class; older kids are welcome to come out and participate with us (we understand they get antsy!). Bring your own toys, snacks, entertainment for them!
Please bring your own mat and water. Prenatal + postnatal modifications will be provided. All fitness levels welcome. Feel free to stay after/walk to mingle with other moms and moms-to-be.
We meet at Cushing Park in Newburyport, between Kent and Bucks Streets at Washington St.
