Join us during Yankee Homecoming at the waterfront for a full-body workout using your stroller! We will combine strength, cardio, and core together with your babe in tow! Little ones can stay in the stroller during class; older kids are welcome to come out and participate with us (we understand they get antsy!). Bring your own toys, snacks, and entertainment for them! Please bring your own mat and water. Prenatal + postnatal modifications will be provided. All fitness levels are welcome. Feel free to stay after and mingle with other moms and families!
