What Runners Need to Know About Nutrition & Fueling for Performance
with Ginny King, MPH, RDN-AP, LDN, CFT
Whether you are a novice or advanced runner/athlete - or somewhere in between - one thing is common...the need to fuel your body!
But what is the best fueling approach for runners and athletes?
Is it Paleo, low carb, low fat, keto, vegan?
What about electrolytes or dietary supplements?
Should you eat before, during or after a workout?
Get answers to these questions, and more, when The Mom Comm talks all things nutrition and performance with Newburyport-local dietitian and fitness instructor Ginny King, MPH, RDN-AP, LDN, CFT.
Cost: $30
This workshop will be held at the Bradley Fuller Track on Low Street, and in the event of rain, we will move to The Mom Comm Studio.
